I am Dr. Lalki Saikumar Cheekati, an Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon with a deep commitment to healing, innovation, and community service. Currently, I serve as the Founder and Lead Consultant at RISE Hospital, Gudivada, where we strive to deliver world-class care with compassion and personal attention. Orthopaedics is not just my profession—it is my passion. Every patient who walks into my hospital carries a story of pain, limitation, or struggle. My mission is to help them rise again with restored mobility, confidence, and a better quality of life.
My Journey in Medicine
Early Education
I pursued MBBS and MS Orthopaedics at NTRUHS, where my foundation in medicine and surgery was built
Specialized Training
To refine my skills, I undertook a Fellowship in Joint Replacement at Chandigarh, gaining hands-on expertise in advanced joint replacement surgeries and minimally invasive approaches.
Academic Career
I served as an Assistant Professor in Orthopaedics at Mamata Medical College for 3 years, managing complex cases and mentoring future surgeons.
Clinical Experience
My senior residency at ASRAM Medical College exposed me to advanced trauma and reconstructive surgeries. I later worked at Andhra Hospitals, Vijayawada, further strengthening my experience in complex orthopaedic and joint replacement cases.
Current Roles
Today, apart from leading RISE Hospital, Gudivada, I am also a Visiting Consultant Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon at Kamineni Hospital, Vijayawada.
